Returns and Cancellation Policy

I pride myself on exacting standards, to which end you are buying good quality workmanship. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or wish to cancel an order, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and if we cannot resolve the issue, I am more than happy to offer a full refund, including basic rate postage

in order to claim a refund you must fill in the Returns Form within 14 days of receipt

goods must be returned as sold and arrive in new and unused condition within 14 days from informing me of cancellation or return

refunds will be issued as soon as possible after returned goods have been received, but within 14 days

please note that goods are returned at your own cost unles faulty when agreed postage will be refunded

I recommend you obtain a certificate of posting as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit

please include your name, address, order reference number, reason for the return and action you would like me to take with all returns
